What is Zeta?
Zeta is the AI meeting assistant built into SCRIBES. It answers questions about live and past meetings, helps you revisit decisions and action items, and can research the web when you need outside context.
Can I talk to Zeta?
Yes. With the meeting’s voice assistant enabled, say “Hey Zeta” to ask a question and receive a spoken reply. Voice controls depend on the meeting setup; you can also ask questions in chat.
Which meetings can Zeta use?
Zeta can use meetings you are allowed to see in SCRIBES. Your account, workspace and sharing settings control that access.
Where is my meeting workspace hosted?
Your SCRIBES meetings and notes are hosted on our own servers in Switzerland. Our security page explains who can access them and when other services may help with processing.
