A few things worth knowing.
What is an organization seat?
A seat is one place for a team member in your workspace. The Owner uses a seat too, and an invitation reserves a place until it is accepted or cancelled. Guests who only join a video call do not use these seats.
Who can use Community plans?
Community is for eligible education and nonprofit organizations. Creating a Community organization requires a verified email address ending in .edu or .org.
What happens after 30 minutes on Basic?
Transcription pauses, but the meeting continues and audio capture carries on. You can upgrade to unlock transcription of the full meeting.
How do annual billing and currencies work?
Annual prices show the full charge for a year. Individual plans and organization packages are priced in EUR. Local-currency payment may be offered at checkout, for example in CHF. Any converted amount is shown before payment. Prices exclude tax.
Is there a free trial?
Basic is free and needs no card. Personal and Professional offer a 14-day trial with a card required. Business and Community packages include 14 days free, no card. Choose your package when you are ready.
Does everyone see all organization meetings?
No. Joining a team does not give everyone access to every meeting. Each meeting’s sharing settings decide who can see it. Your personal meetings stay separate.
