A familiar meeting.
A useful record.

Google Meet

Paste your Google Meet link into SCRIBES. The host then lets SCRIBES into the call.

Zoom

Add your Zoom meeting to SCRIBES. SCRIBES joins as a visible participant, and the host decides whether to let it in.

Microsoft Teams

Add your Teams meeting to SCRIBES. SCRIBES joins the call if the host and your organization’s settings allow it.

Let everyone know when the conversation is being recorded or transcribed. The host can let SCRIBES in or remove it.

AI connector Available now

Switzerland-hosted knowledge.
Your choice of AI.

Keep your meetings in SCRIBES, hosted in Switzerland. Our connector lets you ask your favourite AI about what was discussed, what was decided and what happens next.

A SCRIBES meeting library hosted in Switzerland connects to ChatGPT, Claude and Grok, so each AI can read meeting notes and answer questions.

Concept illustration of the AI connector, rather than actual third-party interfaces. The fictional Product planning meeting stays in SCRIBES. Connected AI apps read meeting details to answer what was agreed, who is doing what and what comes next: launch a ten-team pilot, Marc prepares the onboarding guide by Friday, and the team reviews feedback next Tuesday.

Designed for AI apps that support connectors, such as ChatGPT, Claude and Grok, and for your own AI agents. Support depends on the app, your plan and your settings.

01

Find the meeting.

Ask your chosen AI to find a meeting by its title or by something that was said. It can only read meetings you can access in SCRIBES.

02

Use what was said.

Bring notes, summaries and next steps into your AI conversation, so you can work with the details of the meeting.

03

Stay in control.

You choose whether to connect. Your AI can read your meetings, but cannot change them. You can disconnect it later.

What is an AI connector?

It is a connection between SCRIBES and another AI app. Once you approve access, you can ask that app about your meetings without copying your notes into it. The connection uses MCP, a common standard for connecting AI apps to other services. Developers can use it with their own AI agents too.

How do I connect my AI app?

Add a custom connector in an AI app that supports MCP, using the address below. Sign in to SCRIBES and approve access to your meetings. Availability depends on your AI app and plan.

Browser Tab capture

Keep notes from a meeting tab.

Share the sound from a browser tab with SCRIBES to get a transcript and summary, without adding a bot to the call. Choose Tab capture in SCRIBES and select the meeting tab with sound sharing enabled.

Use a browser that supports sharing tab audio, such as Chrome or Edge. Let everyone know the conversation is being recorded.
