Control that you can understand.

01

Protected connections.

Connections to SCRIBES are encrypted. In SCRIBES Meet, audio and video are encrypted while they travel between your device and the service.

02

You choose who can see it.

Your workspace permissions and each meeting’s sharing settings decide who can see your content.

03

Share or delete.

Meeting owners control sharing and can delete individual meetings from their workspace.

The details behind the promise.

Where does my data live?

Your main meeting workspace, storage and AI processing run on our own servers in Switzerland. Other services may help with connected meeting apps, email, payments, analytics and running the service. Limited backup AI processing may also use other providers.

Is SCRIBES end-to-end encrypted?

Meetings with automatic notes are not end-to-end encrypted: SCRIBES needs to process the audio to create notes and summaries. Connections are encrypted, and account and sharing permissions protect stored content. We do not currently claim encryption of stored disks or databases.

Is my meeting content used to train AI models?

SCRIBES does not use customer meeting audio, transcripts, summaries or chats to train its AI models.

What about external meeting providers and certifications?

Zoom, Google Meet and Teams run their own calls. Inviting SCRIBES does not move those calls onto SCRIBES servers. We do not currently claim SOC 2 or HIPAA certification.
